When we think about how humans were designed to work and collaborate, the stories are all about deep focus. It’s how champions win. How innovators triumph. How pioneers create. When focused, humans can achieve almost anything. When distracted and multitasking, we’re never at our best.

So why are all of today’s tools built to increase distraction and noise? Is it to give us the false impression that we are being productive? Is it to fascinate our nostalgia for video games? Perhaps its both.

Meetings and online collaboration have gotten exponentially noisier in recent years. Our calendars are full. The notifications are nonstop. Our apps are competing with each other- and with us. It’s like everyone is talking all the time and all at once. And its causing the biggest burnout epidemic in human history.

We’re imagining a new type of workspace powered by AI. It understands the people involved, brings in relevant context and insights, and automates the discipline to make every collaboration a deeply rewarding and productive experience. Bringing joy back to meetings. We excited to bring you our first product, Grok, an entirely new kind of async meeting experience.

Our founders have been on a 10 year idea maze to invent a new type of meeting format for async collaboration. They come from startups like Bizly and industry giants like Microsoft.
